In Project 2003 are you able to forecast the number of Project Manager
mandays per week against each project for duration of the project

Hi Feeon,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

That depends. Provided the PM is not involved in any work on tasks, you
could assign him to the Project Summary. Whatever assingment of units from
100% downwards, Project will tell you the number of hours of work for its
duration, though this will increase or decrease depending on the finish date
of the project as time goes by and the finish date changes. Or you could
achieve the same thing with a hammock task (see FAQ Item: 19. Hammock Tasks)
if you want to keep the Projct Summary task unassigned. If the PM is
assigning himself to other tasks in the project, then you will have more
problems in forecasting his effort.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
