forgotten password to Windows 2000

My kids have changed their password on their PC. (Windows 2000 professionel)
Unfortunately they can't remember their new password. After starting the PC
we can only get to the logg on picture which is asking for the password. We
can't get to "start" menue or "this computer" since the password is missing.

What can we do?
