forgotten passwords

I have lost the themes from my website. I have forgotten
the passwords used when I installed FP. I can get into
the site. I can add the theme using the this page only
selection. I'd like to make it the default for the entire
site. Is there a way to get the proper permissions? Can I
get a "lost my password" clue from FP? I don't think this
is a server issue?

When I installed FP I was asked for passwords for the
various user levels of the software. There is an
administrator level who can use all of the FP features,
while others can't. I am looking for those passwords.

Software admin of a server would be in your network server setup

If you assigned users different roles in the FP SE, you can't change their passwords,
- as and admin you can remove and reapply them in the FP SE
