Form and Subform Used to Move Inventory

I am using a form and a subform to move inventory between locations. The main
form creates one record and the subform creates another record transaction.
Is there a way to display all the records while scrolling through the data
that was entered? I have the scroll bars on the main form only. Can you
display a record entered on a subform while scrolling on the main form?
