Form contains schema validation errors (Document Information Panel

Hi

I've been trying to build a custom Document Information Panel to submit
properties to MOSS 2007 from Office 2007 applications. I've followed simple
tutorials to build the form in Infopath 2007, certify it and publish it to
MOSS. However, I get this error when I create a new document from MOSS:

Document Information Panel cannot create a new, blank form.
The form contains schema validation errors.
The element
'{http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2006/metadata/propertiesRoot}properties' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema.

Any help will be much appreciated.
