Form error

I have a question regarding submitting FrontPage forms. M
The problem I am having is when a user logs on to my site
using http://www.then the address and fills out the form
on the "Contact Us" page and clicks the "Submit" button,
the following error message occurs:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more
details.

When the users log on with just http://then the address
and submits the form the data is captured and no errors
occur.

The company that hosts my Web is new at it and tech
support is very weak to say the least. They tell me that
it the problem is in the scripting, but I don't see it.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like they may not have website set to respond both
with and without the www. There is apparently some sort
of settnig they need to make so it will handle it either
way.
