I am trying to make a program for a application for a
genealogy group. I have scanned and made a template of
the original application. My original scan of the
document using Microsoft Word with Form Fields did not
work, because, even when I protected the document, the
form fields filled with to much input caused the original
document to change. That is why I tried the template and
now I would like to make the form fields for people to
fill in the application. Any assistance is greatly
appreciated since I am not that good at designing this
program.
