Form Fields

I created a form in word with a few input fields. I want to be able to
input a Proposal number into one of the input fields, and I want the
proposal number to then automatically display on other pages of the document
(not in the header or footer). How do I do this?

In the proposal number field check the property to calculate on exit. Also
note (and possibly change to something more meaningful) the bookmark name
for the field. Then use a REF field to repeat the number elsewhere. What you
are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more about online
forms, follow the links at <URL:

Chapman's series of articles. I guarantee it will be worth your time.

Hope this helps,

See the MVP FAQ: <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/> which is awesome!
