Form letter

I want to create a form letter (this will be my first
one) that will allow me to have three different options
to put in a section. When one option is selected it will
automatically fill in that section of the letter. For
example. There are three different languages that we
could use on the salary section of the letter. I would
like to be able to have a check box so that the language
we want to show up in that letter is the one we check.
Does anyone know where I can start???

You need a userform to pop up a dialog box to gather the information from
the user then insert the data according to the choice. There is a lot of
