form results by email

I am trying to set a form on my website, and I want the
results to be emailed directly to me. However, I get the
following message, and don't know what to do about it!
"This form is being created on a Disk-based Web or the
FrontPage Server Extensions have not been configured to
send email. Please direct your system administrator or
Internet Service Provider to the instructions in "Setting
up E-mail options on Windows" or "Setting up E-mail
Options on UNIX" in the Server Extensions Resource Kit"

I am using windows 98, and have dowloaded the resource
kit, but still no joy.

In order for forms to function (even for testing), you
must either be running server software with Front Page
Extensions on your PC OR publish your web to a web
service provider who has Front Page Extensions installed.

The Front Page Extensions do the forms processing.

The error message "Please direct ..." refers to you if
you are running server software on your PC OR to your web
service provider if you are not.
