Form will not display properly

Hello~

I created a form and went into the properties to have the
results sent to a database. Once I save all the setting
and try to view it in the browser, I get message stating

"The page contains elements that may not view properly..."

Once, I click "OK" and page comes up in html format.

I was able to have this function work before, doing the
steps indicated above, but now it won't work!!!

PLease HELP!!!

You need to publish the web with the form
to a server with FrontPage extensions installed.
Either localhost if your have IIS installed, or a remote
server.

I checked to see if the server extentions are installed
and they are, but still nothing.

Any suggestions?????

Make sure you publish using
http://yourweb.com

If you publish using ftp:// FrontPage
will not publish all of the necessary files.

You might also post a URL so someone
take a look at the page.
