Format of the Date in the Advanced Function of Outlook 2k2

Hi,
I have Outlook 2002 / XP and Win XP.
When I want to give a date in the tab "Advanced options" of the Advanced
Find function [Condition: on the, or after the], my format is systematically
wrong.
What's the right format or how can I determine the right format?
