Format Problems

Minoo

I am using microsoft office word 2003. I have been typing a document over the
past few weeks & periodically saving it as I go along. Today, I am not sure
what I did but the font of the entire document is red in color & underlined.
I want to remove this. I went to "edit" & "select all" & then tried to change
the font color to black but it did not change. I tried the same with
"underline" but it remained underlined. However, if I try to add some text,
the format is normal, that is black font & not underlined.
Please tell me how I can resolve the issue as soon as possible as it is
extremely urgent. I need the entire body of the document to be black (not
red) & not underlined.
Even if I copy-paste the text to a new word document then it remains red &
underlined.
Thanks in advance.

I suspect you may have inadvertently turned Track Changes on; if so, you
will see the letters TRK on the status bar black rather than gray. Display
the Reviewing toolbar if it is not already displayed. Turn Track Changes off
(you can do this by double-clicking TRK on the status bar); then click the
arrow beside the Accept Change button on the toolbar and select Accept All
Changes in Document.
