Format received date for in-box in Outlook 2003

I want to set up the received date format to reflect just the time for
messages received today, and then include the full day, date and time for
messages received and in the inbox that older than today's date. Does anyone
know how to do? In the MS Office Outlook training audio, they have it set up
this way.
