formating a worksheet problem

I have made a worksheet for scheduling curling games. I have also a
access database.
When i link them and the data goes into the worksheet i would like t
place it in specific cells and not just in one row etc. Is there an
easy way (no programming experience) to do this.

You seem short of replies on this one!! I would suggest linking the data to
a separate sheet to where you want the figures to be displayed. That way you
can link the 'summary' sheet to the new sheet, rather than the original
data.
