I received some emails in which the message trails off the screen to the
right. So, to read the entire message I have to scroll to the right. Adding
to the problem is that the message will print with the same 'non-formatting".
The help button instructinons, to use the Format, does not work as all
options under this are greyed. How do make the email is easier to read and
print?
