Formatting and re-installing office teacher&student 2003

I have to re-format the harddrive on one of my computers.
How will this affect my Office ,Teacher & student 2003
edition??Will this count as another install or will
everyhting be fine...Please help me.
PS..Ive installed office 2x on 2 of my computers already
about a month ago.

A couple of suggestions that will save you some grief relative to
Product Activation (not just Office):

- Instead of reformatting the hard drive, consider just erasing
EVERYTHING. This is fairly easy if the partition is FAT32 (boot from a
floppy and use MS-DOS "Deltree"), but it's virtually impossible if the
partition is NTFS.

-Alternatively, make a note of the volume-serial number of the partition
and after you reformat, use a utility (there are many of them on the
web) to reset the vol-ser so that it's the same as it was before.

Keeping the Volume-Serial Number unchanged will HELP with respect to
product activation.

Most of the Microsoft product activation schemes reset after 4 months
with no changes in the system configuration, so if worst comes to worst,
you can wait four months and it's as if you have never installed the
product at all, anywhere.
