Formatting changes from mac to pc.

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) When I create a presentation on my mac in ppt and then send it to a coworker who uses a PC the formatting in the presentation has changed. The fonts are the same. Paragraphs have hanging indents, spacing after bullets are different, etc.

Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix it?

Also, all files are being saved as .ppt so that clients who do not have 2008 or have not downloaded the converter can view the files.

The first thing would be to make sure that the copy of Microsoft Office
on your computer is up to date (Help > Check for Updates).

Next, be sure the PC version of Microsoft Office is also up to date
(Start > Windows Update and make sure that the option to update
Microsoft applications is enabled). Despite the huge number of security
holes on Windows it's bizarre that many Windows users don't faithfully
install their updates.
