Formatting entire documents in Publisher

Do you have to do this page by page, or is there a way of applying a
format to the whole document? Using both Publisher 2000 and 2002.
Thanks - and apologies if it's already been answered.

Set up a page. Then choose Page from the Insert drop down menu. Choose the
number of pages that you wish to insert and select Duplicate all objects on
the page.

Your best bet is to use Color Schemes and Font Schemes. The help menu has
great details on these schemes.

Thanks, all.

There doesn't seem to be any way to apply formatting to the entire
document at once, other than colour scheme or font scheme - which
doesn't appear to include font size, or many fonts that aren't already
available as schemes.

But several of the ways suggested will certainly make things quicker
than selecting a page at a time.

Font schemes modify several text styles at once.

Text styles are a way to control text throughout a publication, and you can
create your own custom font scheme if you want.

Font Schemes do indeed include font size and you can also create a custom
font scheme.

Cheers - I'll take another look.
