formatting layout

I am using word as my e mail editor, how do I format the layout so that when
I compose a new message, the layout defaults to my pre-selected format.

What kind of formatting do you have in mind? Maybe some HTML stationery
would do the trick.

thx Sue,
I dont want to have to reset the paragraph, indents etc everytime that I
start a new mail. Can you give me a tip on how to stop this happening.
