Hi,
I want to highlight some tasks with different color than the default color.
I know we can use some icon on the toolbar to apply color to the selected
tasks at once. Can anybody please let me know which icon is that and how do i
add that icon to my toolbar area..
Thanks for your help.

Vijay,
I guess what you want is the Font button. Normally that would be on the
Format toolbar but you can put it on any toolbar you want. To add the
Font button to a toolbar follow these steps.
1. Right click on a blank part of the toolbar area or go to
Tools/Customize/Toolbars
2. Select the Commands tab
3. Select "Format" in the categories selection list
4. Scroll the Commands selection list until you find the Font button
5. Click and hold the Font button and drag it up to whichever toolbar
you want.
6. Close the Customize window
Now when you select your tasks and then hit the Font button, the Font
window pops up. Select whatever font characteristics you want. However,
as I recall Project does have a limit on the number of field cells or
groups of field cells you can customize - I think t the maximum is 1024.
For example, you can select and customize up to 1024 individual field
cells or you can group up to 10 field cells at a time and you can
customize 1024 groups.
Hope this helps.
