Formatting word tables.

Word tables

I have designed a form using tables and am having a problem with formatting the tabs within them
What I need to do is to be able to tab to the next cells which is varied...So I need to be able to "set the tabs" to follow a sequence around the tables in the word document

PLEASE HELP!
