forme/shape of a frame

Hej, can somebody tell me how I can make an ovale frame around a picture? I
use publisher 2003

I would use a graphics program and then insert it into my Publisher
document.

It works the same in 2002-2003 expect your don't need to call on a new drawing.
Simply draw an oval, fill, fill effects, picture tab.
