Forms and Macros and Templates

I have created a template form in Word 2000 and in that form there is a
Macro assigned to a button. What I would like to happen is: the user
creates a new document using the template, fills out the form and saves in
the normal way. A few days later the form is needed again to update the
information and then the macro button is needed to run – which in effect
saves the document to a new location (archives). The problem is that the
Macro works on the template but not when the document is saved and reopened
for editing (I hope this makes sense!). Is there an easy explanation as to
why it works on the template and not on the document??

Post the code you are using for the macrobutton.
