Forms Failing to Load

We have a mixed Exchange 2K & 5.5 back end and clients
running Office 2002 on Windows XP. However new (scents we
put in the Exchange 2K server) employees when they go to
Choose Form they get Form Load Failed and can't see the
forms on the network. Is there anyway to get them to see
the forms??

This sound like permission problem, please makle sure that
the permission are set properly and the users have access
to it

Wondering if you can help me with a strange problem.It seems that suddenly the standard forms library on my client (outlook 2003) is empty.This is causing problems for me .......I cannot go to "design a new form"..........the error message is "Form Load Failed". It's also causing problems for any links that have mailto: enabled
I've tried the following to resolve this and I am out of ideas
repair of office 200
reinstall of office 200
uninstall of office, reboot, fresh instal
Uninstall of office 2003 and install of office XP
All of these are still producing this problem
Cleared the forms cach

I've checked my forms folder in c:\program files\ms office\office11\forms\1033 and all the cfg files are in here. I've searched the web and ms.com, technet and come up with nothing !
