Forms Help Please

I have created a customized confirmation form for ordering at my secured
site.
1. The problem is that when the submit button is pressed, a new page opens.
I want it to open in the same page. When it opens, all links do not work.
There is a 443 added to the domain name. Can any one help?
2. My theme also disappears at the confirmation form. (i.e.: colors, etc.)
3. My logo picture does not open as it asking to open the page with
unsecured items.

Check the "Target Frame" property of your form. For some reason, it seems
that it has been set to post to a new window.
