Forms Issue

My client was running office xp with a customized outlook
contact form. Recently we upgraded them to 2003 and added
the same form. Whenever they search a record prior to the
upgrade outllok brings up the default contact form, not
the form that was customized with extra data fields. If I
create a new contact with the customized form it will open
it with that form fine. Other computers are still running
outlook xp and they are functioning fine. I have
reseasrched this problem and I cannot find any fixes.
