FORMS-problems with formatting fonts and size

L

LS

I created a basic form for employees to fill out on the computer. I set it
up so that the text in the text field would be a blue, size 9, and
italicized so that it stands out from the field labels (black, size 7,
unitalicized).

When I "protect" the form and start filling out the text fields, everything
comes out just as i intended. However, when i emailed the form out to
someone and they tested it, the text came out black, unitalicized, and the
incorrect size. Same thing happened when I emailed it to myself.

I don't know if I'm missing a step.

Any tips would be helpful. Don't know if I've given enough info.

THank you,
Leticia

Check under Tools > Templates and Add-Ins. The box about updating styles
should not be checked.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TFM=?=,

did you email the form as an attached document, or directly? If the latter,
that could explain the problem, as Word has to convert all its "document"
stuff to HTML, and there is no direct equivalent to form fields in HTML.
