I don't know too much about formulas, but need a formula
to look at a column of numbers and give me the number that
repeated most often, and how many times it repeated. Hope
that made sense. Thanks.

See if this works:

For the first formula, use "Mode". For example, in B1
enter:

=Mode(A1:A50)

replacing your range for A1:A50.

For the second formula, use "Countif", entering in B2:

=countif(A1:A50,B1)
