I would like to create a formula in a cell that uses the value from another
cell to compleat the formula.
Formula in A1 =daily[value from A2)!c5 Where A2 is 01
Finished formula would be =daily01!c5
Is this possible

Try this:

=INDIRECT("daily"&A2&"!C5")
