Formulas at intersections - FRANK, HELP!

I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT SOME OF THE CODES HAVE TWO CHARACTORS

The formula should work also for 2 letter codes.

Sorry for the miss post.

If I have an S7 within the contractors code, it will return an "X"
under S and also under S7

Is there a fix for this?
