i'd really like to find out about this also

generally... people would make a user for 'global calendar' or for
'conference room 412a'

and then they would book this.. i just dont see any easy way to do what
you want.. but i'd love to find out more about it.

i'd use outlook a LOT more if it had more sharing capabilities.. for
things like this and tasks and stuff like that
