Forwarding emails automatically

Is there a way in Outlook to have your emails
automatically forwarded to another email address?

Yes, create a rule for this in Tools-> Wizard Rules. If you are not
connected to an Exchange server you'll need to have your Outlook open in
order to process the mail. In this case you might to want to look at your
webbased e-mailclient provided by your ISP if you can set rules there so you
won't have to have your Outlook open all the time.
