forwarding internet e-mail in office xp

Since I upgraded to office XP, if I get an e-mail from an
internet source and want to forward it our "all" account
which includes everyone in the office, it get returned.
This does not happen on the Office 2002 machines, only on
the Office XP machines. No other problems with e-mail
exist.

What is the exact text of the NDR (non delivery report)?

Is your Exchange server handling *all* your mail or are you using Internet
mail in Outlook?

Does it include an error message? How many accounts are in your profile?
