Forwarding/replying to emails uses incorrect email address

Chris

Hi everyone,

Here is the background information for my problem. I have
several clients, including myself, that are running
OL2002. We are running Exchange 2000 Server, only for
internal emails thus far, and an email address from our
ISP.

Here is the problem. When any of us try to forward or
reply to an email the account that will be used to send it
changes between our Internet email address, which is the
default and the one I want it to use, and the internal
Exchange address. There does not seem to be any rhyme or
reason to what email address it uses either. If I try to
reply to/forward a message that was sent to my Internet
email address it seems to want to use my Exchange
(internal) address some of the times. This causes many
undeliverables as the domain that is used for those
addresses is not an actual domain.

Why will it not send using the default email address in
all cases, regardless of what address the message was
received with? Can anyone help me try and fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Chris
