Depending on your audience (and whether they all have Excel or the OWC) Save as Web Page (Interactive) or just as .xls Spreadsheet

| Also tried using the spreadsheet component, then paste data into that.
| Are any negatives in using the spreadsheet component feature vs. setting
| up several pages made from parts of the spreadsheet? Would like to freeze
| headings so users wouldn't have to be spreadsheet literate to use page.
