FP 2003 Discussion Web Email Results Not Working

I have a discussion area on my web site and I am trying to set it up so that
when there is a post that it emails me. I followed the directions from the
following site:
http://www.prowebsites.net/frontpagehelp/Discussion_Email.asp#2

I can post to the discussion just fine and it shows up on the web but it
never gets emailed to me. Here is what I pasted into the disc3_post.htm file:

S-Email-Format="TEXT/PRE" S-Email-Address="(e-mail address removed)"
B-Email-Label-Fields="TRUE" B-Email-ReplyTo-From-Field="TRUE"
S-Email-ReplyTo="Email" B-Email-Subject-From-Field="TRUE"
S-Email-Subject="Subject"

What am I missing here?
