FP 2003 - Publishing on CD - Themes missing

Publishing the web to a CD and try running it of the CD, the following
problem shows up: All the Themes do not appear. The background on each site
is just white.
What is causing this issue and how can it be solved?

Have all of the hidden theme/border folders been copied to the CD?

If the theme / shared border, etc. requires the FP extensions, then you will have this problem.

Although some themes have been created, I used mainly a FP standard theme.

Is there anything I need to do before publishing to have any hidden themes
copied?

What would be a FP extension (.xxx)?
