Free Busy Auto Outofoffice

Is it possible to query the freebusy property to enable me to
update my outofoffice rule.

ie: create an automatic outofoffice rule depending on what my
free busy status is?

I just want to know how to retrieve the freebusy value!

AddressEntry.GetFreeBusy is the way to do it. Look in the Object
Browser Help on that method for information. You'd need to get the
AddressEntry object that represents you. Using that method might
trigger the security prompts however, depending on which version of
Outlook you are using.
