free upgrade to FP 2003 w/ purchase of 2002

I just purchased FP 2002 and the ad stated that I could
get a free upgrade to 2003. I just received my FP 2002.
Who do I contact for the upgrade? A live body at Microsoft
is almost impossible to contact. Any help is greatly
appreciated. thanks
