I have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3 on WindowsXP Pro. I have
several POP3 email accounts, which I use both to send and receive
email. I am able to manage them successfully in Outlook. With the
Outbox open, at View>Current View>Customize Current View>Fields, I
have included "From" in the column "Show These Fields ...", and the
From field does in fact appear as one of the column headings when the
Outbox is open. However, it is always blank. That is, the other
columns (To, Subject, etc) properly display the appropriate
information for each outgoing message, but the From column does not,
it displays no information, regardless of which account is being used
as the sender. Is there a way to get the From column to show the
sender account name? Thanks.
