from column names not there

Hi, I have a user who has a very large inbox. Everything
is fine with it for the most part. Names appear in the
from field as they should except for when you scroll down
and get to some of the older emails. This particular
user is running Win 98 SE, and outlook 2000, and we have
exchange 2003 also if that helps, but this problem was
there with previous versions of exchange. Does anyone
know why or how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance
for any help
