"From" field choices

I use Outlook at home. I have three different email accounts set up (MS
Exhange settings). I've found out how to change the "sender's address" that
goes with message by changing the delivery order in SERVICES.

Is there some way to select which account the emails are sending from is an
easier fashion as one can with Outlook Express' drop down box. I really
don't want to go back to OE.
