Front Page 2003 will not initialize after installation.

I tried the suggestion to repairFront Page through the control panel> add
remove programs> change /repair. It did not solve the problem. Are there any
more suggestions. I would appreciate any help I can get. The note saying it
will not initialize displays thjis infl (0xc01500002) I do not recognize this
info. Thanks for any help.
