Front Page Locking Up - XP Problem?

When I try to start Front Page, it lock up. When I try to close it, I get
this error:

c:\Windows\Subsystem32\dumprep.exe

The NTVDMCPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS: 053d IP: 035f OP: 63 6f 72 72 75
Choose "close" to terminate application.

But when I try to close, nothing happens - the error stays there. I do
control/alt/delete to get the task manager, but I can't close via that,
either. I end up having to turn off the PC by hand and rebooting -

What is wrong?

Clear your browser history, cookie and temporary internet files.

Run a Trojan and virus scan.

You most likely have an infected machine.
