Front page save results component

Hello, I created a form and after it is published, when
it is on the browser a message can be seen on the page
that says [Front Page Save Results Component] appears on
the screen.

FrontPage Save Results Component Possibilities:

1. The FP Extensions are not installed on the server
2. You tested the form in the browser via c:\.... instead of http://. Use
File | Preview in Browser instead of Preview if viewing locally.
3. You have a email address in the form, and the host hasn't enabled the
email function of the extensions
4. You FTP the form to the web site, instead of using FP's http method of
uploading
