Sorry about posting this annoying question but does
anyone know if there is a tutorial for the programs that
come in the 'Office' group? I'm a little familiar with
PowerPoint only because my teenage son used it at school
and he showed me how to do some things with that.
I'm trying to build a webpage for my family to use since
my 5 children are scattered around the world but I don't
know a thing about it. I thought Front Page sounded like
a program that would do that but I don't have a clue as
to how to even start using it.
Does anyone know of an easy program that's available for
building webpages? I'm so anxious to learn how to build a
webpage but don't really understand much about computers.
If there are tutorials available for Microsoft Office's
programs, please direct me to them.
Thanks for any help but remember I don't know a lot about
computers so please keep it simple. Linda

Since you say you are not a very experienced computer
user, I would suggest that you first enroll in some basic
computer classes at a local community college or adult
evening school offered by some local high school. They
would probably offer some Front Page specific classes as
well.

Another alternative that comes to mind would be to have
your teenage son take the lead in designing the web page
you want. You could work with him and it would be a neat
father/son project. You would learn more about computers
during the project. Your son would benefit by gaining a
stronger appreciation of family.
