Frontpage 2003 Manual

Hi. i`m new to web design, and i was wondering if anybody know where
can download a manual fore front page 2000 or 2003.

I would like to know how i can change the layout of a picture o
thumbnail, i want to move it around my page, but when i want to drag i
it doesnt move around.

Any help please

The FrontPage manual is in the Help pages - Help from the menu.
What you are looking at is Absolute Positioning. Before you use AP
you need to know about HTML and CSS, since AP is fraught with perils
for anyone new to the concept. It is better, for the beginner, to
start laying out pages with tables.
