Frontpage convert my &HTML chars to &HTML. Can I stop this behavior?

I have to insert commas as "," in my HTML, but when Frontpage sees the
"&" it convert it to "&amp" and screws up my HTML character. Is there an
option to disable this behavior?

Enter the entity code in Code view, not Design view.

If the code is to form part of a hyperlink, use %2C instead of
the entity.

It turns out that it's an FP add-in...from MS...that is doing it (Commerce
Manager). Can't seem to stop it.
