frontpage database info

I am trying to load the database provided by bcentral
into Frontpage 2002 it is a csv file that you edit in
excel so you can change your website behind the scenes.
Microsoft is my web host provider and bcentral is my data
base provider. I have tried every option in Frontpage to
get it to create a connection. Can anyone help me?
